3 largeshiitakes, thinly sliced
1 lbground pork
3 eachscallions, chopped
2 tbsptamari
2 tbspfish sauce
1/4 cupfresh mint, chopped
1 headiceberg lettuce
1 eachjuice from 1 lime

Saute mushrooms for several minutes

Add pork, when pork is almost cooked through, add scallions, tamari and fish sauce.

Saute until pork is done. Add mint. Scoop into lettuce leaves, top with lime juice
