Chopped carrots celery parsley and onions finely using a food processor.

Chopped herbs and garlic finely

Fry all the above on gentle heat until vegetables are soft

Add the ground beef and fry for 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper.

Add garlic herbs and half the grated nutmeg.

Add the wine, mix well and cook allowing evaporation

Add the crushed tomatoes, mix well cook on low heat for 1 hour add wine and stock if needed

Cook the pasta al dente and serve with sauce
