6 servings
  1. Crust
  2. 1 canPilsbury Pizza Dough (or favorite dough)
  3. Sauce
  4. 8 ozrefried beans
  5. 8 ozcream cheese
  6. 1 tbspchopped parsley
  7. 1 tspSea Salt, grinded
  8. 1 tspground black pepper
  9. Toppings
  10. 2 cupmexican blend shredded cheese
  11. 3 mediumjalapeno peppers, sliced
  12. 1 lbbacon, chopped
  13. 1 canDiced Rotel & Green Chiles, drained

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

Line a baking pan with aluminum foil and spray with non stick baking spray

  2. 2

Spread out the pizza dough across length of the pan. (You can use any pizza dough you wish, I used premade for quickness)

  3. 3

Chop the bacon into 1/2 inch pieces and throw in a medium frying pan

  4. 4

Cook bacon until just before thoroughly cooked and set aside.

  5. 5

    Preheat oven to 400°F

  6. 6

Mix the ingredients for the sauce until well blended

  7. 7

Spread the sauce evenly over the pizza dough

  8. 8

Sprinkle with cheese, and the rest of the toppings (Jalapeños, Rotel, Bacon) over top. (I did not have fresh Jalapeños, so I used pre-cut).

  9. 9

Once the oven is preheated, bake the pizza for approximately 18 to 22 minutes or until the crust is slightly golden brown.

  10. 10

Remove from the oven and serve! Tastes great with some Ortega or Sour Cream.

I love to experiment with recipes. It's very fun and sometimes questionable. I'll try to avoid posting any awful ones ;)
