1 lbGround Beef
1Onion chopped
3/4 cupwater
1 packagesTaco seasoning mix
2 cupcorn chips
1/4 lbVelveeta cubed
2 cupshredded lettuce
2tomatoes chopped

Steps

Brown meat with onions in large skillet. Stir in water in seasoning mix cook as directed on package.

Top with chips and Velveeta, cover. Cook on low heat 5 minutes or till Velveeta is melted.

Cover with lettuce and tomatoes.
