1 1/2 cupflour
1lemon's juice
1 cupsugar
1grated lemon rind
1 tspbaking powder
1 dashsalt
1/2 cupmilk
1/2 cuppowdered sugar
2eggs
1/2 cupbutter

Cream butter and sugar until light.

Beat in eggs and lemon rind.

Sift together flour and baking powder and salt.

Add 1/3 at a time alternating with milk to the egg/sugar mixture.

Pour into an oiled loaf pan.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
