Steps

wash veggies. slice the onions and bell pepper. set aside.

brown the sausage. (you may want to spray your skillet with non-stick spray) take out of skillet and set aside.

saute veggies. once they are tender, remover skillet from heat and add soy sauce & Worcestershire sauce. place back on burner, over medium heat, return sausage to skillet, cover and let cook until sausage is done.

can serve over rice or noodles.
