Combine tenderloin, dressing, and minced garlic/ginger in a bag. Marinate overnight.

Pat tenderloin dry. Season. Roast at 350° for approximately 30 minutes or until thermometer reaches 155°. Pork can be cooked medium. A little bit of pink in a roast or chop is ok!

Variations; Mirin, hoisin, rice wine vinegar, lemon-pepper seasoning, toasted sesame seeds
