Cut sausage and place in pot turn heat up a little stir as needed

Peel potatoes and add water to sausage as needed but just a little. Stir as needed

Add potatoes to pot with little water continue to fry.. stir and add water as needed

Fry for 15 min then add water to cover potatoes

Add seasoning..stir...turn up heat

When potatoes boil cover with kid but leave crack

Turn heat on low cook for 45 min

Stir as needed

Smash potatoes to thicken
