Baked Cabbage Rolls

Guiltfree healthy snacking , my innovative fusion dish , came out superbly perfect ..do try for sure
Steps

Heat 4 to 5 cups of water and dip cabbage leaves in to it for some time, later, remove excess hot water

In a mixing bowl take boiled mashed potato, green peas, finely chopped onion, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala and salt to taste..mix well and prepare stuffing

Take a cabbage leaf and put sufficient ready stuffing on it

Fold it by closing it's ends in to a envelope or roll, like wise prepare all the rolls, it can be secured with toothpick also

Place all the rolls in a oven proof dish, add a cup of water to dish and cover all the rolls with some more cabbage leaves

Bake it for 15 to 20 minutes on 200 degrees

Ready rolls

Garnish as you like and serve hot immediately and enjoy with family and friends.guiltfree healthy snacking
