Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsraw groundnut
  2. 1 bunchgarden egg leaf
  3. to tasteSalt and Seasoning
  4. 2 piecesdry fish and or meat
  5. 5balls of tomatoes, big size
  6. 1ball of onions

Steps

  1. 1

    Fry groundnut in an empty pot till it's half done. Try not to burn it.

  2. 2

    Remove the husk and grind the groundnut into a paste.

  3. 3

    Put groundnut oil on the fire, fry chopped onions till translucent.

  4. 4

    Add tomatoes and peppers.

  5. 5

    Fry for a bit, add groundnut paste. Fry till dry. Don't let it burn.

  6. 6

    Pour in your meat, fish, salt and Seasonings. Cover and bring to boil.

  7. 7

    Add garden egg leaf. Your sauce is ready.
