2 lbChicken strips (or desired chicken)
1 cupMayo (or Greek yogurt)
1/4 cupLemon juice

1 tbspCinammon
1 tbspSalt
1 1/4 tbspPaprika
2 tspFreshly minced garlic
1 tspBlack pepper
1/2 tspGround cumin
1/2 tspCayenne pepper

Mix oil mayo (yogurt) lemon juice. Add in cinnamon salt paprika garlic cumin cayenne and pepper.

Place chicken in large ziplock bag and add in the marinade. Let cool in fridge for a while.

Place chicken on George Forman. Grill and enjoy.
