Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4Potatoes
  • 1 cupBreadcrumbs
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • 1/2 tspGarlic
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1/2 tspChili powder
  • Milk (for dipping)
  • Flour (for dipping)
  • Mustard dip
  • 1/3 cupMayo
  • 2 tbspMustard
  • 1 pinchChili powder, salt, pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 475

  2. 2

    Slice potatoes in desired shape, length..

  3. 3

    Mix pepper salt garlic powder chili powder and breadcrumbs

  4. 4

    Dip (both sides of) potato into milk then flour then milk again (so that the breadcrumbs stick) then dip into breadcrumbs

  5. 5

    Bake in oven (sprinkle some salt and parsley flakes when done) and enjoy

  6. 6

    For mustard dip just mix all ingredients together and enjoy dipping 👍🏻
