Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 5shrimps (pull off the shell, remove the vein and wash with salted water well)
  2. 1 tbspgarlic (minced)
  3. Sauce:
  4. 1 tbspsake
  5. 1/2~1 tspcurry powder
  6. 1/2 tspgrated ginger
  7. 1 tbspolive oil
  8. salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Put the shrimp and the ingredients of Sauce into the clear plastic bag and let stand at least for more than one hour.

  2. 2

    Put the shrimp and the Sauce (inside of the clear plastic bag) into the pan and cook with low heat until browned.
