Ingredients

4 servings
  • 2 lbChicken strips (or desired chicken)
  • 1 cupMayo (or Greek yogurt)
  • 1/4 cupLemon juice
  • 3 tbspOlive oil
  • 1 tbspCinammon
  • 1 tbspSalt
  • 1 1/4 tbspPaprika
  • 2 tspFreshly minced garlic
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • 1/2 tspGround cumin
  • 1/2 tspCayenne pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix oil mayo (yogurt) lemon juice. Add in cinnamon salt paprika garlic cumin cayenne and pepper.

  2. 2

    Place chicken in large ziplock bag and add in the marinade. Let cool in fridge for a while.

  3. 3

    Place chicken on George Forman. Grill and enjoy.
