  1. chicken
  2. 1 1/2 kg1 whole chicken
  3. 1salt
  4. 2 tbspbutter
  5. 1marjoram
  6. 1garlic powder
  7. stuffing
  8. 1roll
  9. 1/4 litermilk
  10. 1onion, chopped
  11. 100 gramsmushrooms
  12. 100 gramschicken liver
  13. 2 tbspmargarine
  14. 1egg
  15. 2 tbspbutter
  16. 1salt
  17. 1black pepper
  18. 1marjoram
  19. 1paprika powder
  20. 1chopped parsley

  1. 1

    Wash the chicken, dry, rub with salt marjoram and garlic inside and out. Leave for all night.

  2. 2

    Roll soak in milk

  3. 3

    Cook hard boiled egg

  4. 4

    Peel and chop mushrooms

  5. 5

    Liver wash and finely chop

  6. 6

    Fry the onion on margarine. Add mushrooms and liver and fry for 3 minutes.

  7. 7

    Season with salt pepper marjoram and paprika

  8. 8

    Peel the egg and chop it. Squeeze roll. Egg, roll, butter and parsley add to mushrooms. Mix.

  9. 9

    Stuff the chicken with stuffing, sew up, place in a roasting pan and coat with butter.

  10. 10

    Place in hot oven 180-200 C. Bake for 1h. From time to time pour the chicken with the sauce from the baking.
