1 1/2 cupChopped Onion
4 cloveGarlic
5 cupPeeled diced Potatoes
1 mediumStalk Celery
1/2 tspSalt
1/4 tspPepper
1/2 cupAP Flour
1 1/2 cupHalf & Half
8 ozcheese
32 ozChicken Stock

Steps

Cook onions in bacon fat in slow cooker until tender.

Add celery potatoes and chicken broth.

Cook on low 6-7 hours.

Blend flour and half and half until well blended with a wisk and add to soup.

Increaae heat to high cook 30 min and stir in cheese.
