Ingredients

  1. 4 sliceBacon
  2. 1 1/2 cupChopped Onion
  3. 4 cloveGarlic
  4. 5 cupPeeled diced Potatoes
  5. 1 mediumStalk Celery
  6. 1/2 tspSalt
  7. 1/4 tspPepper
  8. 1/2 cupAP Flour
  9. 1 1/2 cupHalf & Half
  10. 8 ozcheese
  11. 32 ozChicken Stock

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook onions in bacon fat in slow cooker until tender.

  2. 2

    Add celery potatoes and chicken broth.

  3. 3

    Cook on low 6-7 hours.

  4. 4

    Blend flour and half and half until well blended with a wisk and add to soup.

  5. 5

    Increaae heat to high cook 30 min and stir in cheese.
