  1. 2Egg whites
  2. 1 cupRolled oats
  3. 1/4 cupCottage cheese
  4. 1 tspBaking powder
  5. 1 tbspProtein powder (vanilla is best)

    Mix together and cook 2 minutes on each side on med-high heat. Serve with bananas, blueberries and honey. If making with choc chips, add to batter and serve with 1 tbsp low fat Greek yogurt and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
