3 tbspghee
1 largeonion thinly sliced
4pepper thinly sliced
1 tspsaffron
4 tbsphot water
1/2 tspground cardamom
1 tspsalt
1/2 tspfresh ground black pepper
sauce thickener
1 tspturmeric
1 tbspcornstarch
1 1/2 tbspcold water

Steps

take 4 tablespoons of hot water and put saffron in it

heat ghee in a large pan add onions, peppers, garlic let cook till onions become transparent

add the chicken stir in

add spices and saffron infused water

mix very well

let cook till chicken is done

add turmeric cornstarch and cold water add to boiling liquid with the chicken let thicken serve with Jasmine Rice
