Steps

prep pan with boiling water for the pasta and boil until pasta is cooked. Add frozen veg half way through then drain and put to one side

mix the cheese sauce sachet with full fat milk (as per direction on sachet) use skimmed milk for the healthier option (using same pan as the macaroni) and bring to the boil , when the mixture has come together add 2 teaspoons of wholegrain mustard (adjust to taste)

preheat oven to 180°F C

now add the pasta and veg to the cheese sauce and mix well

pour into the pasta bake dish

spinkle cheese on top and add the sliced tomato on top

pop in the oven for 20 mins
