Preheat oven to 500°

COMBINE 1 cup flour AND ingredients in a large bowl.

ADD:

Mix together until well blended, approx 1 minute. Add 1/2 cup of the flour gradually until a soft dough ball is formed, slightly sticky. Add any more flour as needed to achieve this texture.

KNEAD on a floured surface adding additional flour if needed, until smooth and elastic, about 4 minutes. With floured hands, press dough out to fill greased pizza pan ( or preheated pizza STONE) approx 12" round.

Top and add any toppings u wish.

BAKE on rack for 5 minutes, with oven light ON, if possible, to when cheese is bubbly and crust is brown.
