In a blender mix in Icecream and milk

After it has blended perfectly add chocolate chips and syrup ( you can add extra for these things if u would like it to be extra chocolaty )

After done blending all ingredients put in a cup and put some whipped cream on it ( if u would like )

Drizzle some chocolate strup on top to add effect of an awsome shake it will look totally cool

Now the last step is the most important step u must Enjoy with all of ur friends ( unless ur like me who has no friends ) ( no im kidding but it would be nice if u enjoyed it with friends )
