6 servings
  • 3 lbround steak
  • 2 tbspvegetable oil
  • 1/2 cuponion, chopped
  • 3/4 cupcatsup
  • 1/2 cupvinegar
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper
  • 3/4 cupwater
  • 1 tbspbrown sugar
  • 1 tbspworcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tspsalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Oven: 350 degrees.

  2. 2

    Cut steak into serving pieces. Heat oil in skillet Brown steak and place in casserole dish.

  3. 3

    Add onion to skillet salute until Brown, add remaining ingredients to make sauce simmer 5 minutes. Pour over steaks. Cover, baking dish and bake 2 hours.
