This came about because I wanted to do something better than boring Salisbury steak.

Preheat oven to 300.

In large bowl, combine meat with all ingredients except gravy.

Shape into hamburger patties and place in oven safe pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until brown.
- 4
Remove from oven and transfer patties to large skillet. Cover with gravy and cook for five minutes or until gravy is bubbling.
