4 cupcauliflower chopped into floerettes
1 cupcoarsely chopped green olives
2/3 cupcoarsely chopped green pepper
1/2 cupchopped pimento
1/2 cupchopped onion
1/2 cupsalad or olive oil
3 tbsplemon juice
3 tbspwine or wine vinegar
1/2 tspsugar
2 tspsalt
1/4 tsppepper

Mix dressing ingredients and pour over salad. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
