Ingredients

  • 2chicken breasts
  • 1sliced ham (I used the thin deli sliced lunch meat)
  • 1shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    Butterfly the chicken breasts (cut in half but leave attached on one side)

  3. 3

    Season chicken, if desired

  4. 4

    Place ham and cheese inside chicken and fold closed

  5. 5

    Wrap bacon around chicken, overlapping the ends of bacon strips

  6. 6

    Place on cookie sheet and bake 30-40 mins, or until chicken is thoroughly cooked
