
Price chopper rigatoni with broccoli and garlic
Steps

Put on water to boil in 5 quart kettle and 2 quart kettle

While water boils, separate broccoli into florets, core and thinly slice pepper, and mince garlic

When water boils, cook rigatoni in 5 quart kettle and steam broccoli in 2 quart for 10-12 min or boil broccoli for about 5

Then in a large skillet on medium heat melt butter over Olive oil

When butter melts add garlic and saute for 1 minute

Then add red pepper and saute for 2 minutes

Then add broccoli to the saute mixture

When rigatoni is done, drain and pour into large serving bowl

Pour saute mixture over rigatoni

Then, top with the cheese, parsley, and black pepper

Toss well and serve

As a side note, my personal modification to this recipe would be at least twice as much garlic and make sure the broccoli is a large head, or use 2.
