2chicken breasts
1sliced ham (I used the thin deli sliced lunch meat)
1shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps

Preheat oven to 350°F

Butterfly the chicken breasts (cut in half but leave attached on one side)
3

Season chicken, if desired
4

Place ham and cheese inside chicken and fold closed
5

Wrap bacon around chicken, overlapping the ends of bacon strips
6

Place on cookie sheet and bake 30-40 mins, or until chicken is thoroughly cooked
