Steps

Husk tomatillos and wash under cool water to wash off sticky residue. Set aside.

Cut off stem of jalepenos and rinse.

Cut onion into quarters. Peel off outer skin and cut off stem and discard.

Add onion parts, jalepenos and tomatillos to a pot and cover the ingredients with water. Bring to boil until tomatillos are very lite green. Strain the water and add Ingredients to blender. Blend until lightly blended. Add cilantro and salt. Blend again until liquid.

Add to many dishes as a salsa or topping for a great spice.
