200 mlWater
50 mlUsukuchi soy sauce
50 mlMirin
1 bunchBonito flakes
1Grated daikon radish

Steps

Put all the ingredients into a small pot and turn on the heat. Once it begins to boil, turn off the heat.

Let cool in the pot. Strain through a dish cloth or a paper towel.
