Steps

First in mixer grind the dry rice and sabudana together fine pow is ready

Then roast this pow and keep aside and in other pan put little oil ginger and chilli and put this pow in the pan one cup pow we have to add 2 cup of water and make upma of it

As upma of this pow is ready cool it and add 2 boil potatoes for binding mix it nicely and make small balls and deep fry it and put in cool water and keep for at least 5 minutes

In curd add little sugar,Salt mix and put vada in the curd and garnish it with green chuntney and red chilli powder
