Ingredients

3 dozenCorn tortillas
1/2 lbCheddar cheese shredded
2 bunchGreen onions chopped
4 canOlives sliced
2 lbGround beef
1/2 lbJack cheese shredded
sauce
1 mediumJar salsa
2 largeLa Victoria enchilada sauce cans
3 smallTomato sauce cans

Steps

Cook meat. Heat oil and mix sauce in pot. Dip tortillas in oil and then in sauce. Lay on cookie sheet and add spoonful of meat. Fold in half and layer remaining tortillas. Top with cheese, olives and green onions.

Preheat oven @ 350 for 20 min. Spoon over sauce.
