1 lbground beef
1 1/2 ozwasabi paste
1/2 cupbreadcrumbs
1egg
2 tbspground ginger
2 tbsponion powder
2 tbsptoasted sesame seeds
1 tbspground celery seed
1 tbspgarlic powder
1 tbspdried basil
2 tspground mustard
1 1/2 cuphoisin sauce
1 cupgrape jelly
1/2 cupketchup
1salt and white pepper

Combine jelly, hoisin, and ketchup. Reduce by 1/4.

Combine all remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Form small meat balls. Roast at 350° for approximately 20-25 minutes or until thermometer reaches 155°
