Ingredients

  • 1 bowlChana dal
  • to tasteSat
  • to tasteHaldi
  • 2Finely chopped onion
  • 2Finely chopped tomato
  • 1 tspJeera
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteRed Chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsphaldi powder
  • as neededOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil dal in pressure cooker with 4..5 whistle.

  2. 2

    Heat a pan add oil,add jeera, roast it, add finely chopped onion, sauté till light brown, now add tomato cook it well.

  3. 3

    Add all spices and boil dal mix well dal is ready.
