Make batter with rava, buttermilk, salt and Red Chilli powder and pepper, mix all the ingredients and make lumps free batter for Utpam.

Keep it for rest for half an hour.

Take a nonstick tava, heat it apply oil and put batter and then spread all chopped vegetables.

Cook on both side.
