Easier version of napoleon

PUFF PASTRY: Rub butter into flour and mix with hands until crumbly consistency

In a separate bowl mix together egg, vinegar and water.

Add it to dry ingredients and make a dough.
Roll it in giant sausage and cut on 7-8 equal pieces.
Roll each piece into a ball and cover them in a plastic wrap. Put in fridge for 1 hour 30 minute - 4
Preheat oven at 200C.

ASSEMBLY THE CAKE:
Cover the cake with the cream. I distributed the same amount of cream on each layer before assembly to make sure that each layer will be covered in the same way.
You should have the rest of pieces when we baked pieces of cake. Make a crumbl from them in yours favourite way. - 15
