Ingredients

  1. 500 gm flour
  2. 200 gmbutter
  3. 1egg
  4. 1/2 tbspwhite vinegar 9%
  5. 5 tbspwater
  6. cream sundae
  7. 1egg
  8. 200 gmsugar
  9. 40 gmflour
  10. 400 mlmilk
  11. 100 gmbutter
  12. 100 mlwhipped cream

Steps

    PUFF PASTRY: Rub butter into flour and mix with hands until crumbly consistency

    In a separate bowl mix together egg, vinegar and water.

    Add it to dry ingredients and make a dough.
    Roll it in giant sausage and cut on 7-8 equal pieces.
    Roll each piece into a ball and cover them in a plastic wrap. Put in fridge for 1 hour 30 minute

    Preheat oven at 200C.
    Roll piece of dough on baking shit on piece of parchment paper. Leave the rest in fridge. Cut a circle and leave the rest t

    In a bowl combine together an egg, sugar and flour.
    Boil milk.
    Add boiled milk into egg mixture and mix quickly and put it back in saucepan. Cook cream on medium heat until thick consistency. You have to whisk it all the time.

    Add small pieces of butter.

    Let the cream to cool down at room temperature. Wrap with a plastic wrap and put in fridge for 1 hour.

    Add whipped cream (Custard and Whipped cream should be the same temperature) and whisk it together.

    CREAM:
    In a bowl combine together an egg, sugar and flour.

    Boil milk.

    Add boiled milk into egg mixture and mix quickly and put it back in saucepan. Cook cream on medium heat until thick consistency. You have to whisk it all the time.
    Add small pieces of butter.
    Let the cream to cool down at room temperature. Wrap with a plastic wrap and put in fridge for 1 hour.

    Cover the whole cake with crumbs.

    ASSEMBLY THE CAKE:
    Cover the cake with the cream. I distributed the same amount of cream on each layer before assembly to make sure that each layer will be covered in the same way.
    You should have the rest of pieces when we baked pieces of cake. Make a crumbl from them in yours favourite way.
