I use this product, you can buy it at supermarket.

Dry tofu with cook tissue 20 minutes. I see program cooking show this trick to make your tofu not so fragile.

After 20 minutes, cut your tofu block shape.

Cut onion leaf small size

Prepare seasoning powder with 30 ml (1 spoons) water

With medium heat, pour 180 ml water and sauce mabo. Wait just a second until bubbling.

Put tofu when bubbling

Stop fire, pour powder seasoning and slow stir.

Switch on Medium heat, slow stir, put your onion leaf.

Stop fire, and prepare with hot rice. Ittadakimasu! 🤗👍
