Ingredients

  • 3/4 cupSalad oil
  • 1/4 cupOlive oil
  • 6 eachGarlic cloves
  • 6 eachAnchovy filets
  • 1 eachEgg yolk
  • 1/4 cupGrated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cupRed wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cupLemon juice
  • 2 tspCoarse mustard
  • 2 tspWorchestire sauce
  • 1 tspDried oregano
  • 1 tspDried basil
  • 1/2 tspSalt
  • 1/4 tspGround black pepper
  • 1/4 tspCayenne pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Lightly coat garlic cloves in oil (not listed) and roast in 400º oven for 10-15mins

  2. 2

    Mash roasted garlic and anchovy filets with a fork

  3. 3

    Combine garlic/anchovy paste with all other ingredients, except oils, using an immersion blender

  4. 4

    With immersion blender on high, slowly stream in oils til combined
