Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 bunchspinach
  • 1packet of fresh green beans
  • 2large potatoes
  • 1large carrot
  • 1green pepper
  • 1 table spoonbenny spice to taste
  • 1tomato
  • 1 cupwater
  • halfcup oil

Steps

25minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil then add onion stir then chopped carrot

    Separate boil spinach with chopped green beans

    Then add chopped potatoes tomato benny spice and green pepper

    When cooked drain water from your spinach then add to the onion and carrot pot

  5. 5

    Mix well then it's ready to serve
