Steps

Wash and cook your rice.

Cut your carrot, Green beans, Green pepper, red pepper, onions and set aside

Cut your liver on a low heat and set aside.

Put a little vegetable oil in a frying pan, add your diced vegetables. Allow to steam for a while, then add the liver. Add salt and other seasonings.

Your rice and veggie sauce is ready. Serve as desired
