  • 1 cupchopped red bell peppers
  • 1 cupchopped green bell peppers
  • 1 cupchopped sweet banana pepper
  • 1 cupchopped orange bell peppers
  • 2 cupwhite rice

    In a greased electric skillet mix chicken onions and peppers together

    Marinate mix until golden brown chicken

    Boil rice until light and fluffy
