Ingredients

  • 1 largeonion sliced
  • 2 tbspolive oil
  • 1/3 cupred wine
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 1 lbbeef tips
  • 1 packagessimply organic garden veg spaghetti sauce mix

Steps

  1. 1

    Large skillet saute onions on high for 5 to 9 min or until golden brown

  2. 2

    Mixing bowl - whisk wine water and organic sauce.

  3. 3

    Reduce heat to medium and add liquid mix and beef to onions in skillet. Cook til beef is done to liking.

  4. 4

    Can use cuts of steak
