  • 6 piecesSweet potato
  • 2 tbspMozzarella cheese to sprinkle
  • 1 tspChillie flakes to sprinkle
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper powder (optional)

    Take a big plate and line it with foil

  2. 2

    Burn charcoal and place on the plate.Keep the fan on

  3. 3

    Place the washed and cleaned sweet potatoes on the charcoal and cook on all the sides

    Char them from all sides.

  5. 5

    Take a blunt knife and remove the skin and slice the sweet potatoes and arrange on a plate

    Sprinkle cheese,chillie flakes and fresh ground pepper

  7. 7

    Microwave for 30 sec Or till the cheese melts
