Steps

Pre heat oven to 180c.

Split pitta lengthways.

Brush lightly (or spray) with olive oil.

Cut into 1 inch strips and place 'crust ' side down on baking trays.

Place in oven for 6 minutes, remove and turn strips over.

Return to oven for further 5-6 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Keep an eye on them as they will burn quite quickly once they start to dry out.

Allow to cool.

Serve with humus, guacamole, cream cheese or your favourite dip.

You can sprinkle with your favourite seasoning at step 3.
