1 1/2 cupcasava flour
1 1/2 cupcorn flour
4 cupswater

Mix flour together(dry) and put in a bowl

Make pastry mixture with ¼ of the flour

Put two cups of water to boil

Add your pastry to the boiling water and allow to boil

Add the powder flour to the pot and stir until mixture is firm but soft to swallow.

Add little amount of water at the base of the pot and allow to heat for some minutes

Turn the corncasa and allow to heat for 1-2mins
8

Your swallow is ready.

It can be taken with any soup of your choice
