Ingredients

12eggs
2 cupfine sugar
1 quartheavy creme
2 quarthalf half
2 tspnutmeg
2 tbspvanilla
2 cupcognac (Hennessey)
2 cupwhiskey (crown royal)

separate the eggs

chill the whites

beat the yokes with the sugar until the sugar is fully dissolved

Mix in the nutmeg and vanilla

Mix in the creme, half half, and liquors
6

chill in fridge for 1 hour
7

when ready to serve, beat the egg whites to a meringue and add to the mixture
