Ingredients

  • 12eggs
  • 2 cupfine sugar
  • 1 quartheavy creme
  • 2 quarthalf half
  • 2 tspnutmeg
  • 2 tbspvanilla
  • 2 cupcognac (Hennessey)
  • 2 cupwhiskey (crown royal)

Steps

  1. 1

    separate the eggs

  2. 2

    chill the whites

  3. 3

    beat the yokes with the sugar until the sugar is fully dissolved

  4. 4

    Mix in the nutmeg and vanilla

  5. 5

    Mix in the creme, half half, and liquors

  6. 6

    chill in fridge for 1 hour

  7. 7

    when ready to serve, beat the egg whites to a meringue and add to the mixture
