Ingredients

  1. 15 gramsButter
  2. 40 gramsChopped onions
  3. 110 gramsChicken breasts, chopped
  4. 300 gramsSweet potato
  5. 1/2Peeled dessert apple
  6. 200 mlChicken stock

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat butter in saucepan, add onions and sauté for 2-3 mins

  2. 2

    Add chicken and sauté until opaque

  3. 3

    Tip in sweet potato and apple and pour over the stock

  4. 4

    Bring to boil and simmer for 15 mins

  5. 5

    Purèe to desired consistency
