Ingredients: 1 can tuna in water drained; 1 hard boiled egg chopped; 1-2 tablespoons mayo; 1 splash lemon juice; 1 dash fresh ground pepper; 1 dash sea salt; 1 dash onion powder; 1/2 tbsp sweet or spicy pickle relish; 1 tbsp finely chopped celery; 1 teaspoon dejon mustard

1 dashsea salt
1 dashonion powder
1/2 tbspsweet or spicy pickle relish

Mix everything together and chill for a couple of hours. Serve on crackers or bread and top with lettuce and tomato if desired
