Pre heat the oven to 175°C. I In a bowl mix all the ingredients together except the chocolate and coconut oil.

Line a baking sheet with baking paper and divide the mix into 12 equal-sized balls and lay well spaced on the lined baking sheet Place in the pre-heated oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown. Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack

Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, once melted stir in the coconut oIL

Half dip the cooled oat Tbintuits and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Once all biscuits are dipped place in the fridge for 5 minutes to set the chocolate.
