Ingredients

12 servings
  1. 75 gramsrolled oats
  2. 75 gramsself-raising flour
  3. 75 gramscaster sugar
  4. 75 gramsunsalted butter, melted
  5. 1 tbspgolden syrup .
  6. 1 tbspmilk
  7. 75 gramsdark chocolate
  8. 75 gramscoconut oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Pre heat the oven to 175°C. I In a bowl mix all the ingredients together except the chocolate and coconut oil.

  2. 2

    Line a baking sheet with baking paper and divide the mix into 12 equal-sized balls and lay well spaced on the lined baking sheet Place in the pre-heated oven and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown. Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack

  3. 3

    Melt the chocolate in a bowl over a saucepan of simmering water, once melted stir in the coconut oIL

  4. 4

    Half dip the cooled oat Tbintuits and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Once all biscuits are dipped place in the fridge for 5 minutes to set the chocolate.
